While therapy typically addresses emotional challenges and personal history and personal training is centred on physical fitness, health coaching takes a holistic approach, guiding you to set and achieve your well-being goals in the way that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.
The sessions are conducted on Zoom or Google Meet. During a session we focus on your goals and challenges to create a personalised plan for you. Sessions typically include discussing your current lifestyle, identifying areas you want to work on, and exploring strategies to help you achieve sustainable change. You’ll gain practical tools, guidance and support to build healthier habits and feel more in control of your health. Each session is a safe non-judgemental space where you can share your thoughts and progress at your own pace.
