When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me in Zara as I’m a self-confessed Zara addict! I love city breaks, stunning scenery, and those perfect moments when the sun sets over the horizon. I enjoy good coffee, dark chocolate and pouring over my collection of cookbooks. I’m also teased for my love of rye bread, radishes and chilli jam. I’ll never say no to a good boogie and I always embrace the simple pleasures in life.

What sets me apart is my own personal journey through many of the challenges you may be facing. I’ve experienced the stress of a high-pressure career, the emotional toll of caregiving and the life changes that come with menopause – all at the same time. I understand how easy it is to lose sight of your well-being and priorities. I’m not just a coach – I’m some-one who has lived through these struggles and come out stronger on the other side.

My Journey

From stress and near corporate burnout to strength and self-belief

For many years, I lived a fast-paced corporate life, in the latter stages of which I was juggling a demanding career and helping to care for my late father, who had Alzheimer’s Disease. It was a time of immense pressure and I found myself on the brink of burnout. My health – both emotional and physical – was suffering, I felt stuck and knew something had to change.

That turning point led me to redirect my priorities and take a bold leap into the health and wellness industry. My own experience, feeling exhausted and out of sync with myself, and the realisation that true health is more than just physical well-being, sparked my passion for nutrition and an integrated health approach. I’ve been where you are – overwhelmed, not knowing where to start and craving balance. Today, I’m dedicated to helping others on their journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. It’s all achievable.
