Launch: Single coaching session

A single coaching session might be just what you need to gain clarity and take meaningful action. In this 60-minute session, we’ll explore your health and well-being goals, identify any challenges holding you back, and create a plan to help you move forward with confidence.

Whether you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, struggling with sugar cravings, or simply looking to improve your overall health, this session will help you launch into positive change with renewed focus and motivation — whatever your personal challenge might be.

You’ll receive a summary write-up, a helpful tool for setting daily intentions and some initial food guidance where relevant — plus a free 20-minute follow-up two weeks later to check in on your progress. This is a stand-alone session with no obligation to continue, but many clients find it’s the perfect starting point.

It’s an ideal option for people looking for a fresh perspective, quick insights, or to decide if ongoing coaching is right for them.

Launch is designed to support you in taking the first step, help you gain clarity, energy, and confidence to begin your health and well-being journey some personalised steps that are simple and achievable.

Progress: 8 week programme

The Progress programme invites you to take a deep dive in to your health and lifestyle. Change takes time and over 8 weeks you’ll have the support and structure needed to solidify the positive changes. you make into lasting habits. You will build on your progress and discover new ways to align with where you want to be with your health. 

Over 8 weeks we will personalise your health & well-being  journey, celebrate your wins, however small and use the energy to keep you moving forward. This is about taking control of your health, exploring all areas of your life and how they are impacting your health. Together, we will examine your current habits and create positive alternatives in a bespoke package, the path of which will naturally emerge as we delve into all aspects of your life, and your individual needs.

You will build resilience and continue to create a life that reflects where you want to be.

Transform: 12 week programme
