Whether you would like to identify what to focus on next, or you are navigating a specific health or wellbeing challenge, this session can help you move forward with renewed clarity, energy and motivation.
Following this session, you will receive a written summary, a helpful tool for setting daily intentions, and some initial guidance where relevant. You’ll also receive a follow-up two weeks later to reflect on your progress.
This is a stand-alone session with no obligation to continue, although many clients find it a valuable starting point. It’s ideal for those looking for fresh perspective, some quick insight, or a chance to see whether Health Coaching feels like the right next step.

The Progress programme gives you the opportunity to focus on your health and well-being over 8 weeks, with the time and structure to begin making meaningful positive changes. Change takes time. Over the course of the programme we work together to build on the progress you make, helping you develop habits that can support your health in everyday life.
Together we explore your current lifestyle and routines, identify what might be getting in the way, and consider practical alternatives that feel realistic achievable for you. This is a personalised coaching experience. As we work together, the direction natural evolves based on your goals, your circumstances and what matters most to you.
Over the 8 weeks you will develop great awareness of how different aspects of your life influence your health, while building confidence, resilience and momentum as you move towards where you would like to be.

The Transform Programme offers the opportunity to work together over 12 weeks, allowing the time and space for deeper exploration and meaningful change in your health and wellbeing. Over the course of the programme, we build on your goals step-by-step, taking a closer look at the different aspects of your lifestyle that influence your health. Together we explore what’s working well, what might be holding you back, and where new strategies may help to move you forward.
This programme provides the time to work in a more personalised and detailed way. Alongside our sessions, you will receive tailored resources and practical guidance to help you create habits and routines that genuinely fit your life.
As the programme unfolds, the direction of the coaching continues to evolve around your needs, your priorities and the changes you want to make. The aim is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and the strongest sense of what truly supports your health. By the end of the programme you will have developed a deeper understanding of your body, your habits and the lifestyle patterns that support your long-term health.
Behavioural change takes time, so dedicating more sessions to move you forward is a very wise investment.

The Sleep Reset Programme is a 4-week, one-to-one coaching programme designed to help you understand your sleep and gently improve it over time.
Together, we explore what may be affecting your sleep – from your daily rhythm and evening habits, through to stress and waking at night. We’ll focus on small, practical changes that feel realistic for you.
Each session is personalised, using a simple framework to guide you towards a better understanding of your sleep, through to building habits that support it.
It’s a step-by-step approach that helps you feel more confident about your ability to sleep well and how to manage it.
